We escaped without a problem, but it was alarming, to say the least! On the Wordsworth, you know, For women traveling alone, I think it's a bit different, and a source of frustration. It's not the animals that keep me from walking in the wild alone, but the humans. I will never forget turning into a wood in Germany, only to discover I'd been followed by a young man who then accosted me. I screamed at the top of my lungs and it frightened him off, even though, as I well knew, no one was near enough to to hear me--a lucky escape, that was.Susan Scheidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09250142489341777926noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8319797996494487653.post-82837888498784115592015-12-01T16:48:52.907+00:002015-12-01T16:48:52.907+00:00Yes, the VF is probably not one's first Camino...Yes, the VF is probably not one's first Camino of choice... but it is so rewarding! But, nearly every person tries to pet her. I warned them.donna bakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13507579686738843451noreply@blogger.com
