Essence Of Camino

For some reason I really like this photo of the Camino. It reminds one that the Camino is often not about the pretty and the picturesque, the cute and the curvaceous, the woods and the water. Sometimes it's about main roads. Sometimes it's about factories. And sometimes, as my pic of the Canal de Berdún shows, it's about about long, straight tracks through a flat, monotone landscape. But boring? Never!
