The Sound Of Spring

The temple bell stops/But I still hear the sound/Coming out of the flowers. BASHO.

Spring arrived with a fanfare of flowers in our sunlit garden this afternoon.

Lovely - it is bustin' out all over at the moment - in my garden too.

I'm a little behind you, season-wise, I think. Only daffodils and a few of the early flowers here…yet. But we've had three 70-degree days in a row. So it won't be long before lots more flowers and trees bloom.

Love post shots.

Just the right words from Basho to go with the photos of your spring garden. Thanks so much!

Wow ... what a beautiful collection of sunny-looking blooms!

We have bulbs out, and periwinkles - oh, and the spiraea. And thousands and thousands of daisies and dandelions in the lawn! LOL!
