I've been composing and trying to send many long and beautifully wrought comments of late, comments full of pith and moment, comments as sparkling as dew on early morning grass, comments worthy of Blogger Comment Awards if not the very Nobel Prize for Comments ... but sadly, and frustratingly, they've all been lost in cyberspace because of IE and Blogger hitches and glitches. I thought I'd sorted the problem out, but now realise I haven't. As I don't want to go insane, I'm going to leave things for a while, and perhaps pray for help to the Great God Google. In the meantime, rest assured I'm still quietly reading all your blogs with enormous pleasure ...

What a frustration, Robert. My brother tried to leave a comment on mine the other day, and couldn't. I had trouble with one blog, but that was it. Strange stuff. I hope it is fixed for you soon.

Meanwhile, I am enjoying your posts, even though I haven't commented on all of them.

I am having problems posting comments on blogger too. I'll be signed in on my dashboard so I can edit and post etc, but when I'm actually on the front page of my blog to leave comments, I can't even comment on my own blog! I keep getting kicked back to my google account sign in. Makes me want to move to Wordpress or something. I hope things improve for the both of us.

It's a crazy system... I'm more surprised when it does work!

It is a relief to find that it is happening to others Robert - I am having difficulty getting on to my blog and then some comments stick and some don't - all very trying.

Hurray! I reset the browser, cleared cache and cookies, then made sure when signing in to Blogger that the 'Stay Signed In' box wasn't ticked. Everthing works perfectly now. (Hope this may be helpful to anyone with similar problems.)
