Did a little Googling and learned about Captain Claw -- a lobster who represented Atlantic Canada on Kids' CBC as a lighthouse keeper in Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia. I didn't have a clue what the context was (-:; 27 July 2013 at 00:56
